How do I get paid for my mystery shops? |

ü Confero only pays shoppers via PayPal. You must be registered with PayPal, and have your profile checked to accept PayPal, to be able to request assignments from Confero. We do not issue checks for any shops conducted, NO EXCEPTIONS. ü To register for your free PayPal account, please visit www.paypal.com. ü Payments will be processed by the 25th of the month following the shop date of the assignment. For example, shops conducted in January will be paid, via PayPal, by the 25th of February. ü In order to ease confusion, it is important that the e-mail address you have registered with PayPal be the same address that you have registered in your shopper profile. If you change e-mail addresses, be sure to change your address in both places. ü An email is sent to your email address, from PayPal, once payment has been made. You can also log-in to your account to view payment at www.paypal.com. ü Confero does not pay for assignments that are not conducted according to guidelines, or for which the appropriate paperwork is not received. We require a paperwork validation for every mystery shopping assignment that is completed. In most instances, we require either a store receipt or an associate's business card. Please refer to your guidelines on how to submit your assignment documentation to Confero. ü If there is a discrepancy about a payment amount, please email Confero with the assignment number, date conducted, company survey name and discrepancy amount.
