I have a shopper rating of 5 but the shop I want to apply for requires a 7.

How do I obtain a higher shopper grade?

The shop you are applying for may require a higher rating due to the complexity of the shop or other requirements.  Try to build up a good history with Confero by completing as many assignments as possible for which you are eligible.  This in turn will increase your grade and eligibility. All new shoppers come into our system with a rating of 5. When assignments are available to new shoppers schedulers will make contact at that time
