What are guidelines?
Guidelines are highlights and detailed instructions for your assigned shop. These are meant to be used alongside the on-line survey and help you answer every survey question to client specification. You can access your guidelines from your shop log when you log in through Sassie.
To access guidelines for your shop, Log into Sassie, choose Shop Log.
