Shoppers do not investigate or are not retained to investigate criminal or suspected criminal behavior on the part of the business establishment employees. Prior to any mystery shopping engagement, Confero requires client signature attesting to client's understanding of the above and to client's understanding that Confero maintains shopper confidentiality and will not reveal the name of any individual mystery shopper to client.
