Every report is reviewed for completeness and quality by
a Quality Review Specialist. If necessary, scoring is adjusted for consistency and fairness
to employees.
Confero monitors shopper performance for continuous improvement. Shoppers are
coached based on past performance. This enables Confero to maintain shopper quality while
continuing to improve upon the abilities of experienced shoppers. Confero rejects reports
from shoppers who do not "make the grade", reassigns the shop at Confero
expense, and blocks that shopper from the available shopper database.
Quantifiable score data is derived from rated answers on the survey form.
Confero releases information about a clients reports ONLY to designated
client personnel. This confidentiality and authorization policy protects the integrity of
both the shopping program and the report scores for all concerned.
To maintain program quality and integrity, all Confero business is conducted
through the Cary, North Carolina office (near Raleigh and Research Triangle Park).
