If you accept a shop assignment that requires you to receive shop materials FedEx, be sure to open the package when it arrives and take a quick inventory of the contents. Usually, if you are receiving shop materials then you are conducting an instant prize reveal mystery shop. These items will be included in most prize packages:
It is important to understand the Client Required Guidelines when you are assigned a shop. There are a variety of other things that may arrive in your FedEx package depending on what kind of shop you are conducting. Some shops that require admission to a particular location will include an admissions ticket, parking passes or a letter from the client. Other clients require that we send thermometers or stop watches if they are looking for specific details in their shops.
It is extremely rare that a package will arrive without one of the pieces above. Each package is checked by two Confero staff members prior to being sent. All prizes are tracked, to ensure that we know where they were used if lost or stolen. Our tracking system allows us to trace lost or stolen cards down to the place they were used and, in most cases, security films can be pulled to see who used the cards. Amazing!
