Got an Oops? Shop Reports Without Uploaded Validation Stay Incomplete

Attention Shoppers! Confero has an enhanced validation process!

  • If you choose to fax your validation, your shop will stay in Incomplete status after you click Complete Shop & Submit. Afterwards, a fax cover sheet will appear. Please use the cover to fax your validation document (receipt, business card, Prize Confirmation Form, etc.) to the specific fax number shown on your guidelines. Our staff will upload the documents for you. Faxed documents come into our office digitally, so we will upload the documents to the online survey form for you. After that time, your shop will be Completed.
  • If you choose to upload your validating document to your online survey, you will not receive the fax cover sheet and your survey will be in completed status after you click Complete Shop & Submit.
