As many of you know, Confero has been working to develop a Manager Action Plan (MAP) for clients to use in conjunction with their mystery shop reports. The MAP offers a way for Confero clients to guarantee that each mystery shop is reviewed by the unit manager carefully and in a timely manner. Specific actions are attached to each shop. Results are tracked by positive or negative results. Tools for upper management to measure store management performance (ratings) are embedded in the program. The MAP allows our clients to collect all materials relevant to mystery shopping in one place. Action Plan solutions are kept uniform with customized Knowledge Base. Exciting stuff! The MAP took three years to build and we are anxious for our clients to have the opportunity to see it in action. Want to learn more? Call us at 800-326-3880 ext 123 or 147.
