Update Your Compass Shopper Profile

When was the last time you updated your Confero Compass Shopper Profile? Probably when you first registered with Confero, maybe several years ago. Now is the perfect time to take a few minutes and update the information in your shopper profile!
Why is it important to keep your Shopper Profile up to date?

We use your physical address to determine which mystery shops to send to you. If you have relocated, you may not be getting relevant mystery shopping opportunities.

If we need to contact you about a mystery shop, we will contact you via email or your telephone number, so if you have changed email address or phone numbers, we will not be able to reach you.
- Some projects require certain demographics, so if your extended profile is out of date you may not be getting these shop offers. For example, if a client requests shoppers who are married or have a college degree, if your demographics have changed since you first filled out the profile, you would not be notified of these shops.
