Confero gives assignment preference to shoppers in the following priority:
1. Experienced Confero shoppers with a rating of 7 or better on previous assignments
2. New Confero shoppers with MSPA Gold Certification
3. New Confero shoppers with MSPA Silver Certification
4. New Confero shoppers and/or shoppers with ratings of 5 to 6
