Become a Mystery Shopper
Thank you for your interest in mystery shopping for Confero!
As a Confero mystery shopper, you will enter (or call) a business, evaluate the products and services offered, naturally interact with employees and report findings to Confero by completing a detailed online survey. Posing as average customers, mystery shoppers receive unbiased treatment and thus can give accurate, objective feedback. For some assignments, our mystery shoppers provide prize information or certificates to employees who meet the specified criteria when the mystery shop is completed.
Quick Facts:
- We are always looking for people who are reliable, detail-oriented and have good written communication skills.
- We rotate mystery shoppers within projects so they are not identified by the employees, meaning we need many mystery shoppers in each city.
- All Confero mystery shoppers are engaged by Confero as Independent Contractors.
- Mystery shoppers are not required to accept assignments.
- You may view the details or assignments and choose to be considered for only those that interest you.
- To apply, you must be 21 years of age.
- Completing our registration process costs nothing and does not obligate you to accept any mystery shop assignments.
- Registration will provide you with secure access to view our Job Board. New mystery shops are posted to the board almost daily.
- Please…don’t be scammed. Never pay anyone to become a mystery shopper. Reputable companies do not charge a fee!
