Mystery Shopping, Hurricane Irene and other Inclement Weather

Thanks to Hurricane Irene, everyone is probably aware that hurricane season is upon us.  This time of year the weather can be unpredictable.  In the world of mystery shopping everything runs on a tight schedule full of deadlines.  Our schedulers keep a close eye on the weather forecasts for various parts of the country, depending on where they have shops scheduled. 

All of us at Confero wanted to say a big "thank you!" to all of the mystery shoppers who helped us get last minute shops in after Hurricane Irene hit.  Many shoppers were unable to conduct their assigned mystery shops and other mystery shoppers stepped in and helped out!

In case of more inclement weather, please email the project scheduler if you think weather is going to interfere with conducting a mystery shop.  Our main concern is the safety of our mystery shoppers, so if the weather is bad, please let us know so we can look at rescheduling the shop as soon as possible. 

If you conducted a mystery shop and due to power outages are unable to enter the report, please give us a call as soon as possible at 800-447-3947 to let us know that you did conduct the shop.
