Marine Corps Exchange (MCX) Mystery Shopping

All branches of service – Active Duty, Reservists, Retirees, and their family members over the age of 18 – are eligible to shop for this exciting new program!
The Marine Corps Exchange is looking for “mystery shoppers” to take part in periodic assessments of Exchange operations. Mystery shoppers enter the local Exchange as average customers and evaluate the visual merchandising displays and services offered.

Confero Inc, a North Carolina based mystery shopping company, has been contracted by the Marine Corps Exchange (MCX) to conduct mystery shopping visits at Marine Corps Exchange stores in the US and Japan. Mystery shoppers are paid for each visit and must have Exchange privileges.

To become a mystery shopper, please complete two steps:
1. Complete the short form below and submit.
2. After you submit the form, you will see a link that will take you to the Confero website. Visit the site and complete the secure online shopper application.
Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive access to the Confero shopper website.  On the website, you can learn how to complete an MCX mystery shop, view what MCX assignments are available, and choose to complete assignments at those MCX locations in which you are interested. Following your visit, you will submit your assignment report via the website.

Mystery shoppers for this MCX program are also eligible to request assignments for mystery shopping programs Confero conducts for other clients in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Japan.  MCX purchasing privileges are a requirement for the MCX program but are not a requirement for other mystery shopping programs.
