What is the Confero Shopper Rating System?
Oct 25, 2014 by Confero Inc.
Each time you complete a shop, you receive a shopper rating, also referred to as a “grade.” Ratings are between 1 and 10, 10 being the highest. All Confero shoppers begin with a rating of 5. With each shop performed, your chance to improve your overall rating increases. Your shopper rating depends completely on you and how well you conduct your shop according to the client guidelines for the project.
Clients expect Confero to ensure that the shops are completed in the manner they request them and on time. Our expectation is that shoppers will follow these client guidelines, and surveys will be submitted in a complete and timely manner in order to meet the client's expectations. Reports that meet expectations will receive an “8” rating. For shoppers who exceed expectations or have completed a very comprehensive survey, there is an opportunity to earn a rating of a 9 or 10. A higher rating also gives you the opportunity to self-assign shops, read more about this below!
If a survey is submitted that does not follow the client guidelines, ratings of 1-7 are given. Any assignment receiving a rating of 7 or lower will also receive comments to indicate what was not done according to client instructions. These comments will appear in an email you receive once your report has been reviewed, and will also show in your Shop Log. These comments are to help you improve your future shops, so please review them carefully.
If you cancel multiple assignments or do not notify your scheduler that you need to cancel or reschedule, this will factor into your average shopper rating.
Your shopper rating is located on the top of your shop log. You will notice an average rating and your last shop rating.
