  • To find available mystery shop assignments: Log into our system and click on Job Board. All available mystery shops are posted on the Job Board. The Job Board is updated all the time, in real time.

  • To contact scheduler about a mystery shop you have already been assigned: please log into our system, open your shop log and click on the Help/Contact link next to the assignment. Use this to ask questions about your assignment or request date changes.

  • To inquire about a payment: check this link to see when your payment is due to be paid. Please click here to send a message to our shopper payments staff. Be sure to include your mystery shop job ID number so we may quickly research your question and respond.

  • Stop receiving email notices about available assignments: log into our system, click on your Shopper Profile, check the box at the top which states “I do not wish to receive mystery shopping offers by email”.
