Janet is a people person. She came to Confero from a large financial institution, where she was responsible for overseeing her region’s mystery shopping goals, results, and training. Because she has seen mystery shopping services firsthand from the client’s perspective, she has a gift for talking with clients and understanding their unique needs for mystery shops or audits. Each project brings something new, and Janet has a knack for fitting the client’s need with the right solution.
In her current role with Confero, she is responsible for business development, sales presentations, proposal writing and marketing projects. Janet has years of sales, marketing and financial services industry experience. To keep her industry knowledge fresh, she manages some Confero projects for financial services, medical, legal and higher education clients.
Janet earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA.

Janet and her family have lived in the Raleigh area since 2006. She and her husband Karl have two grown children and a grandson.
