Confero Featured in TrustAtlantic Bank Commercial

It was my pleasure to appear in a television commercial for TrustAtlantic Bank, a client and Confero's business banking partner. TrustAtlantic Bank focuses on assisting mid-market businesses, business owners and individuals with their financial needs. Two video spots were produced. In the 90-second version, I had an opporutnity to explain why TrustAtlantic Bank has been a reliable partner in building Confero’s business. Customer Experience Measurement Firm President Receives Committee Contributor Of The Year Award
CARY, N.C. – Elaine Buxton, president and CEO of Confero, Inc. (http://www.conferoinc.com), a national customer experience measurement firm, hasbeen named a 2011 Committee Contributor of the Year by the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF), a leadership development organization that empowers women in the foodservice industry to achieve their highest potential. Buxton was honored for her work on the Executive Programming (Summit) committee. The annual WFF Executive Summit was held in Sept. 2010, and offered executive-level education, provided by the Kellogg School of Business, in an intimate environment. Buxton received the award for her record of achievement of prompt and timely committee work and project fulfillment; enthusiastic and visible contributions that helped the committee and WFF succeed in its goal; consistent demonstration of significant efforts and contribution to the committee work; focus on developing the committee and herself; and exceeding expectations of committee chairs and assisting in making the committee better than it was in previous years.

Customer Experience Measurement Firm Supports Event To Raise Awareness Of Heart Disease As Leading Cause Of Death For Women
CARY, N.C. – Elaine Buxton, president and CEO of Confero, Inc. (http://www.conferoinc.com), a national customer experience measurement firm, has announced that the firm will be a corporate sponsor for the 4th annual Triangle Goes Red for Women Luncheon, scheduled for Friday, May 6 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel, located at 421 S. Salisbury St. With a goal to increase awareness of heart disease, the number one cause of death for women, and to encourage preventative measures that lower the risk of heart disease, the Triangle Goes Red for Women Luncheon will include educational breakout sessions, a meet-and-greet, a heart-healthy lunch and a keynote address.
