Elaine Buxton, president of Confero, was the featured speaker at the November 21st Cary Chamber of Commerce’s Business of Women luncheon.
Elaine explained the basics of how mystery shopping works as well as secrets of mystery shopping. She shared humorous stories about information gathered from shoppers and described how mystery shoppers interact with associates on mystery shop visits.
