Laura Leary and Shirley Clayton of Confero attended the IMSCconference held on October 3rd and 4th at the Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport in Phoenix, AZ. This conference celebrated 10 years in existence and is unique in that its sole purpose is to focus on mystery shoppers, by offering tips and training on how to conduct and report on mystery shops successfully. During the conference, shoppers could attend sessions for tips on many types of shops including airline, healthcare, senior living, banking, apartment, online, phone, video and others. The conference also included fun networking events. Laura and Shirley enjoyed meeting mystery shoppers and learning more about their thoughts on mystery shopping projects, ideas and concerns.
