Cary, N.C. — February 6, 2006. NBC-17 aired a Ken Luallen story today about secret (mystery) shopping in the Triangle area. The story featured an anonymous interview with a local mystery shopper and an interview with Elaine Buxton, President of Confero, Inc. Ms. Buxton said, “I was pleased to be able to shed some light on the industry and on what a new mystery shopper might expect. This was an excellent consumer education piece and I was happy to be part of it.”
