Customer Experience Measurement Firm Recognized In Two Categories

(, a national customer experience measurement firm, has announced that the firm has been named a finalist in two categories in the fifth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Confero has been recognized in the Customer Service or Call Center Consulting Practice of the Year category and the Customer Service Management Team of the Year category. The awards are presented by the Stevie® Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows, including the prestigious American Business Awards.Winners will be announced during a gala banquet on Monday, Feb. 21 at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach, Fla.
