Project Coordinator

The process of recruiting, selecting, scheduling, validating, and editing mystery shop reports requires careful execution and planning. The Project Coordinator’s role will be to schedule shoppers for specific progress, monitor their performance and timeliness, recruit additional shoppers when necessary, validate shopper reports when they are received and assist our Client Services Managers with other project details as they arise. Some of the duties include contacting shoppers via e-mail or phone, following up on expected shops which have not yet been received, juggling the (sometimes) competing demands of the client’s deadlines and the availability of the shoppers, recruiting additional shoppers via email and phone, answering the phone. If you are internet savvy, outgoing, and can use most Microsoft Office products, we are looking for you! Experience in customer service is a plus.


Client Services Manager

The CSM is the primary, day-to-day internal client contact person for assigned clients. The CSM works closely with Project Coordinators and Quality Assurance Specialists to maintain the highest levels of quality in scheduling and quality review of the client’s program requirements. The CSM must manage the multiple potential issues of a field program to bring it in on time. While our CSMs work on specific client accounts, they act as a team to help each other with experience, assistance, and guidance. The CSM communicates all aspects of new client programs to Project Coordinators and to the Quality Assurance Team and assists them as needed with training of new client programs with Confero staff. This is a senior position requiring experience as a Project Coordinator, a QA Specialist or both.
