Client Services Manager
Kara is an expert planner with attention to detail. She has managed some insanely complex projects for Confero clients and made them look easy.
She joined Confero in 2002 as Executive Assistant to the President. Her experience in that role allowed her to learn all aspects of Confero’s business, from a strategic and a project point of view.
Kara was promoted to Client Services Manager and is responsible for account management, client interface, quality review, client reporting, and program implementation for her portfolio of client projects.
She manages her clients’ national programs in automotive, amusements, retail and restaurants. Her many years of experience with Confero allow her to successfully oversee the company’s most challenging projects, including those with detailed surveys and tight timing.

Kara holds a BS in Communications from Elon University. Originally from Virginia, she stayed in North Carolina after graduating. She and her husband have two school-age children. Kara enjoys reading, sewing and yoga.
